With a background in pharmacy and public health, Adeola realized the limitations of traditional approaches and started learning more about functional medicine. With over two decades of practice in pharmacy, she acquired various credentials and became a certified integrative health coach, focusing on addressing root causes for optimal health.
As a mother who once navigated her son's health challenges, Adeola understands the unique struggles faced by career-driven moms.
In her work at The Wellness Keys, she develops personalized strategies for each mom she works with. It is important for moms to understand the nutritional needs of their children while also considering their individual lifestyle, stressors, and overall health needs. Adeola enjoys helping moms navigate the complexities of food choices, supplementation, and lifestyle adjustments to create a holistic framework for families.
Dr. Adeola Chukwumah loves to dance, sing, read and cook, she also travels to experience how others live so she can better serve the incredible women she works with. She retains pharmacist licensure in Michigan and Texas.
