Amanda Hallam
Amanda is a holistic health and lifestyle coach who helps women shake off the burden of diet culture. Some of her earliest memories are of hating her body. She spent too many years struggling with multiple eating disorders, on top of clinical depression and anxiety.
Once she realized food was just a symptom of a much deeper issue, Amanda was well on her way to recovery. Today she uses nutrition and movement to manage her mental health, allowing her to thrive without prescription medication.
As a coach, Amanda is on a mission to help other women heal their relationship with food. She believes in body neutrality and in showing your body respect by honoring its needs. To her, there is nothing better than watching her clients unlock a whole new level of happiness and freedom that they never knew existed!
