Meghann is an Air Force Veteran Firefighter who was sexually assaulted while deployed overseas. Upon coming home her career was ultimately ended and she was left feeling hopeless, lost, and in a dark place mentally and emotionally. She was introduced to NLP shortly after and was able to let go and release years of trauma and major negative emotions surrounding her abuse and assault and take back her freedom from PTSD. She now speaks out about sexual assault within the military and has co-authored a book called She Did It featuring 20 Female Entrepreneurs.
