One of the greatest things about having my own podcast is that I am able to call upon a variety of friends whose work I respect to talk about topics that they have waaaaayyy more expertise than I. 

Smudging or smoke cleansing has a history of effectiveness throughout several cultures. Since we can’t light a bundle on the podcast, I have developed an energy clearing meditation in which you recognize, clear, and replace energies in your space.

Intention is important in your healing work. Use intention to clear your space.
